Manbir S. Chowdhary has successfully litigated against some of the nation’s largest employers in both state and federal court. He represents employees and executives in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, contract negotiation, trade secret litigation, discrimination claims, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, employee mobility, and wage & hour matters.
Mr. Chowdhary’s experience also includes the prosecution and defense of contractual disputes, business torts, and the enforcement of partner/shareholder rights. His firm’s business litigation clients include real estate developers, national sportswear manufacturers, Fortune 500 executives, medical organizations, restaurants, and 501(c)(3) corporations.
Mr. Chowdhary is a graduate of USC Gould School of Law, and a former legislative aide to the Lt. Governor of California. He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
