Manbir S. Chowdhary is the firm’s founder and principal attorney. Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Chowdhary served as in-house counsel to a global investment firm where he handled transactional work, litigation, and the compliance of labor & employment laws. Mr. Chowdhary is a graduate of the University of Buckingham, and USC Law School. He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Chowdhary has successfully represented employees and executives in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, misclassification, and unpaid wages claims. Mr. Chowdhary’s experience also includes contractual disputes and serious injury litigation.

Mr. Chowdhary’s business litigation clients include real estate developers, national sportswear manufacturers, Fortune 500 executives, medical organizations, small businesses, and 501(c)(3) corporations.

Mr. Chowdhary is an active member of the American Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angleles, and serves on the Orange County Bar Association Education Committee.
